I have been taking prescription phenazopyridine alongside macrobid for a uti. i am aware that it changes the color of your urine and potentially your tears, but can it also change the color of vaginal discharge?

Yes: Any bodily fluid can be affected by taking Phenazopyridine. Urine, tears, vaginal discharge, breastmilk, etc. can all be affected. Only take Phenazopyridine for a couple of days as it has not shown any additional benefit after this time when combined with an oral antibiotic.
