COVID 19: You may not need further intervention by medical provider. Rest, hydrate, quarantine. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Zinc, vitamin C & D supplements may be helpful. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.

See below: Covid-19: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html Contact your local hospital, by phone for evaluation and testing in your area. Wear a mask, stay away from others, practice hand hygiene. If you develop breathing difficulty, go to the nearest hospital, immediately. Take paracetamol for pain or fever, no more than 4 g/day, no alcohol. Wish you good health.
