COVID 19: Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully but consider a bland diet initially. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Zinc, vitamin C & D supplements may be helpful. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
