Post-concussional: This is somewhat unusual, and it would behoove you to have a cardiologist get involved. However, post-concessional issues typically fade and stabilize by 6 weeks following the injury and your apparent POTS will likely improve over the next few weeks. But, nonetheless have it fully checked out, just to be safe.
