How can i lower my genetic high blood pressure?

HTN: not sure what you mean by genetic HTN, but generally unless you have some rare secondary cause of HTN, ie renal artery stenosis, etc, then HTN is treated like all other HTN. Low salt diet, weight loss, exercise, medications.
