My son has 4 cases of chicken pox at school. he's vaccinated but i'm worried he still gets it and transmits it to his 3 months old baby sister?

Low risk: No vaccine is 100% effective, but the risk of getting varicella in a vaccinee is very low. And the risk of a three month old then getting it is even lower. If you are that concerned, hold your child back from school until all the cases have resolved.

Chicken pox: If your son is vaccinated , unlikely he will get chickenpox , and even if he gets , it will be mild. If he is sick , isolate him from the 3 month old.
