Miscarriage: I am so sorry for your loss. Bleeding, cramping and mild nausea may indicate that your miscarriage is progressing naturally. The bleeding may stop and start, be heavy or lighten up and the cramping may be severe or light. If the process continues for longer than 2 weeks, talk to your Dr about medical assistance. They can offer medications to help the process along or schedule you for a D & C.
