Guess: After a miscarriage pregnancies can occur somewhere between three weeks and 6weeks out it is common to have an irregular cycle. You should be able to get pregnant as early at ones as 3-6 weeks out. No sex for three weeks we usually say and thereafter go ahead and try. Some say for emotional reasons to wait three months, but this is not required from a physiologic or medical point of view.
