Covid-19: Covid Symptoms include: Fever, Cough, Headache, Fatigue, Muscle/body aches, Loss of Smell/Taste, Sore throat, Nausea/Diarrhea, nasal congestion and assorted rashes. Since you are showing 2 or more symptoms, you should self isolate and be tested. If you are positive treat symptoms with Acetaminophen (for headache, fever, body aches, sore throat), lots of fluids and rest.

Could be COVID 19.: I agree with Dr. Kratzberg. Rest, hydrate, quarantine & eat healthfully. Consider use of acetaminophen, saline for nasal irrigation, decongestant or cough syrup. Naprosyn is a good choice if NSAID’s are used. Zinc, vitamin C & D supplements may be helpful. Get urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion.
