Just had my 3rd ivf transfer. betas were 15, then 39, then 104, then a week later 1844. a week later went in for 6 week 2 day ultrasound and found small yolk sac, but flickering heartbeat. i go again in 2 weeks for ultrasound. im nervous....?

Early pregnancy IVF: The HCG levels presented are consistent with a growing implanted pregnancy, and the presence of a yolk sac/fetal heartbeat are significant evidence for a viable intrauterine pregnancy. If bleeding occurs in the next two weeks or so, see your OB physician , who may prescribe progesterone to overcome inadequate progesterone from the placenta.
