Visited my gynecologist today, there's no sign of a gestational sac as yet in abdominal ultrasound, the transvaginal ultrasound shows a 0.33 image in what looks like a uterine pregnancy. how far along am i? like conception happened month end december?

6w0days, HCG 22,813. No fetal pole on transvaginal ultrasound . Gestational sac was measuring 6weeks. ? A yolk sac was present. I have a follow up ultrasound in a week. should I be worried ?I dont know if it matters, but I have a retroverted uterus.
I have had a few positive urine pregnancy tests but negative blood tests (multiple). Ultrasounds are also normal. They couldn't find a sac. I have a very swollen lower abdomen. Could it be a pregnancy that has gone undetected? What should I do?
