Yes, but: It is a little early to be having pregnancy symptoms. Sometimes women have lower abdominal pain from an ectopic pregnancy, but not this soon after conception, usually. Unrelated to pregnancy, an ovarian cyst or a urinary tract infection could both cause these symptoms. Best to see a doctor and get checked out if the symptoms are really bothering you.
