My 7 year old has vomiting episodes, mostly at night. no fever, no bodyache. this started in october 2020 and occurs about 4 times a month. he's been to 3 gp's, who all prescribed anti-vomit medication. what should i do?

Abdominal exam: If there is a normal abdominal exam and imaging, he may have a benign condition. Metabolic and renal testing is recommended. Diabetes and neurologic conditions may present in this manner and a thorough work up is indicated. Keep him well hydrated, watch for headaches and lack of coordination.
