What would cause body aches and fever like symptoms without a fever or vomiting for 3 nights starting around 5-6 every night after swimming one night?

Not sure: Maybe you picked up the flu and you are busy during the day and just do not notice it until you settle down around the late afternoon. The swimming is probably conincidental.
