Local doc : Your primary care doc or GP should be best to coordinate testing locally. Having a choice on the type of test is possible, but has to do with local resources and limited availability in the area.

You can use one of the free on-line apps check your risk. Inquire about the form of testing that is offered. Some sites do not have multiple choices for testing.
