Whenever i do push-ups and bear crawls for practice my wrist hurts and i was wondering will my wrist get stronger or should i try to let my wrist heal and rest my wrist?

Rest: Your demands are greater than the wrist strength, or perhaps your ergonomics are off. Regardless, rest the affected part is good advice here. Try using a wrist brace during future exercises, decrease weight bearing, decrease reps and build up your strength. Try sets of wrist curls using a broomstick several times daily for strengthening.
