When a hemorrhoid burst is it going to slowly relieve the pain?

Not necessarily: If this in fact is a hemorrhoid, it needs to be shrunk in size by warm baths or even certain injections to reduce its size. Hemorrhoids are expanded veins and when they become enlarged and clotted, they may be very painful. See your family doc or surgeon to confirm the dx and start tx

Hemorrhoid: A painful hemorrhoid is usually caused by a clot of blood within the hemorrhoid. If the hemorrhoid bursts, some pressure and pain may be relieved, but if clot remains, pain may persist. A proctologist or colorectal surgeon usually removes the clot to relieve severe pain.
