See a Dr: Back pain radiating to the feet with a headache could be a sign of something serious. You should see an in person Dr for a full exam and lab tests to determine what the underlying cause is.

Be not serious 1st: Back pain is a challenge to advise serious versus not serious in this format. 80% of people will have a debilitating episode of back pain from nothing serious. Assuming you’ve had an in person exam eliminating that, this sounds like the nerves are being irritated by either muscle/ligament tightness/strain or vertebrae alignment. Don’t do anything that aggravates it x 1-2 days, see image for more..
