MRI results: What pathology did your MRI reveal? A neurosurgeon should evaluate you and your current MRI in order to best advise you about treatment options. Weakness of your leg would be a very worrisome sign and often means spinal or disc surgery is needed. Avoiding permanent leg and foot weakness is paramount. If you haven't done so, consult a neurosurgeon at this time.
