I finished antibiotics today for a bad sinus infection, and am feeling better. however my ear still feels clogged and theres a faint ringing and a little pressure on same side of head at night. should i go back to dr or let it run its course?

Good question: The ear symptoms may last a few days prior to complete return to normal despite completion of the oral antibiotic. IF the symptoms last longer than 6 weeks, I recommend consultation with an otolaryngologist who can do a complete exam and audiometric testing, if indicated.
