Eat healthy: Pregnancy barely changes how you should eat. Eat the way you should eat when you are not pregnancy plus 300 calories. That would be like adding 3 large apples a day. So, lower fat, lean meat in small amounts, plenty of vegetables, low simple starches like corn, potatoes, pop, candy.
