On serdep for 2 weeks now, for panic disorder. experiencing indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, lethargy, and just lightheaded and unwell. will these side effects continue or settle? should the medication be changed? thank you?

Sertraline: I don't know what dose you were started on. I usually start the patient on a low dose so that their body can start to adjust to the medication before raising the dose. Loose stools usually resolve within 2 weeks. Suggest taking it with food due to indigestion and nausea. If still having problems, probiotics can be quite helpful for some of these sx's. Can take at night as we;;/
