Prominent veins and visibly pulsing arteries in the palm of my hand and at my wrist and along the side of the hand from the thumb to the index finger.
Sometimes when I try to grip items with my thumb and forefinger I have little strength. If I adjust my hand position the feeling goes away. If I push through it there is a shock feeling in my wrist. Not painful as such. No tingling/persistent pain.
Injured my left wrist 2 years ago, during handstand. Still hurts when exercising or if put any pressure. On the left side of joint opposite to thumb.
