Hi. is it normal to constantly throw up after a abdominal operation?basically an operation was done because of consistent pain in the stomach. doctors said they were going to remove the pancreas but nothing was removed.food cannot stay in the stomach

?: There is confusion from your statements. I really doubt a surgery would be done to remove the pancreas unless it were severely diseased, regardless. Call your surgeon to discuss the vomiting (not normal) as this may suggest an obstruction or partial blockage. There are meds which can speed or slow food exiting from the stomach, and diets which can do the same. Liquid diet may be needed for now.
