So if my school will not allow me to telework & some anxiety and recently panic attack due to 2 quarantine for possible work exposure. how can i manage the anxiety. is it ok if i have to leave the office to just calm down? office is very small?

What to do?: I am afraid that I don't know what the rules are for you at your office. Being in a very small office can increase risk for COVID 19 transmission and might cause someone to feel boxed in if they are anxious. It may be beneficial to step out and to do breathing/ relaxation exercises. But, I am not the one who can give you permission for that. Take care.
