My son was tested positive for corona, he showed symptoms on 24 dec and tested on the 28th dec recieved positive results 29, how do we know when he is contagious free, he tested again friday 8 jan and he is still positive ?

Agree with Dr. F: When the person is free of fever, without taking medication, for 24 hours, there is no need for further isolation. A negative test is not required a dead virus may be detectable for weeks after the person has recovered and is not long contagious.
