What does dapoxetine hydrochroride do and its use?

Dapoxetine: Dapoxetine (priligy) was developed for treatment of premature ejaculation in men 18–64 years old. It inhibits the serotonin transporter, increasing action at the post synaptic cleft, and promotes ejaculatory delay. As a member of selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors it was first marketed as an antiinflammatory but excreted too rapidly so withdrawn for that purpose.
