Kidney stones: You may have a metabolic condition predisposing you to kidney stones. You may need blood and urine testing and ,possibly , imaging.

Urology consult: When stone forming becomes an ongoing problem, need to check for metabolic disorder like hyperparathyroidism, but also deal with the symptoms and potential kidney complications. Lithotripsy may be a tool periodically. You need a urologist at this point.
