Varies: The half life is the calculated time for half of a drug to leave your system. This drug can take as long as 22 hrs to get rid of 1/2 (less for some people). In theory it takes 5-6 1/2 lives to remove it all which ~ 5 days. Please report this to your doc so this can be recorded in your records. The real scary reactions happen within minutes/hours. You should be fine.

1 day: The half life is 16-22 hours (time for 50% of drug to exit the body). Your reaction may last longer, however. Take anti-histamines to limit the reaction, and if the reaction worsens, contact your doc for a steroid dospak. Good luck
