Hi dr i have tested positive for covid on 31 december and completing my quarantine on 10 january. i did not have symptoms through out the whole period. i'm a runner and want to know when i can run or exercise again? thanks?

Whenever you want: Start slow, i.e. work up gradually (over several days) to your usual effort . Stop if you become fatigued or short of breath sooner than you might expect, or if it causes coughing.

COVID 19: Yes, but you need to remember that your body has been fighting off an infection. So you need to start out slow and see what you are capable of doing without becoming winded or feeling otherwise unwell. Take care.
