1 year ago i had a white soft lump on my leg (lower, front, right side, right leg).told it was excess tissue. it is now sore and looks bruised.

Exam needed: The lump may be a fatty tumor(benign lipoma), tiny hernia through a muscle, protuberant vein or a wen, but since it is now bruised and sore, an examination is needed for diagnosis.
