Morning my 8 year old son got his result yesterday for covid and his positive ,what medication can i give him?

Isolate/fluids: He should remain in quarantine and avoid contact with the elderly. Provide fluids, monitor temperature and treat fever with Tylenol. COVID 19 may be similar to the flu in presentation, but watch for shortness of breath, cough and rash. If he worsens, please see the Emergency room, otherwise treat symptoms.

COVID 19: He may not need any medication. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, & nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, significant & persistent chest pain or new-onset of confusion.
