Aside from the arterys that travel within the cervical spine, are others located the to left and right of the c spine, at the base of skull? if so, which ones are they? and if one had an unruptured aneurysm, could it be swollen, sore, and palpable?

Anatomy: Major arteries in neck are carotid in front. Vertebrals in back. These are not typical sites for aneurysms
