Gastroenterologist: You may be dealing with an intolerance of certain food groups like lactose or gluten (essentially wheat products). Try eliminating dairy products for a week. If not better, try gluten foods elimination. Try not making yourself burp which makes you keep swallowing air. Take simethicone after meals to reduce gas buildup. If not improved, consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation.
