Yes: At the very least this is gatritis but could be an ulcer as well. You need to seek a doctor either on healthtap or a local primary care doctor for further gi work and make sure your gallbladder is ok as well. Until yiu can br evaluated further only eat smlaa frequent meals without any spices or to kuch grease. I hope you feel better soon.
