Post-operative pain: Standard of care today is to try to avoid opioids. The situation you find yourself in is not unusual when choosing Medical Tourism. Until you manage this conundrum, try 2 200mg Ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin) and 1 375mg Acetaminophen (Tylenol) every 4 hours with food or copious water.
