Caloric Intake: When your body burns off more calories than you intake, you will lose weight. Being sedentary does not help, neither than just "eating healthy". Your stress has caused you to eat more than you need to. Eat clean, but less of it and exercise at least a little bit at first. See a nutritionist if you need personal guidance.
