Not specifically: A high fiber diet is healthy but if you're not used to it, bloating can initially result. Most likely, you're swallowing air. This is unconscious and you'd not be aware of it. Do you find yourself belching often? (a typical symptom of aerophagia). Try carefully eating slowly and "overchewing" your food. Drink carbonated soda to force belching and decompression of your tummy. Avoid high fiber.
