Neck: Early on, a plain X-ray can detect the degenerative changes c/w cervical spondylosis. An MRI film could detect compressive issues as the process deteriorates. Initial symptoms are mild, neck aching, and stiffness. Later, one might experience arm numbness, pain, and even weakness.
