Neck pain: Cervical spondylosis is degeneration or arthritis of the spine. Massage therapy is designed to treat muscle disease. While muscle pain may be associated with spinal degeneration, the two are distinct sources of neck pain. Massage therapy may be helpful in treating spondylosis with range of motion treatment improving neck mobility.
