Varied symptoms: Passing gross blood in urine & bowel movements simultaneously is quite unusual & certainly warrants investigation. Slight sore throat & headaches suggest infectious disease. Testing involving the urinary tract & intestinal tract along with a throat culture will be needed and I feel prompt evaluation & testing in your case is best done in the emergency room. Specialists can be called in.
