See your physician: It is time to see your physician for the examination including rectal eaxam and the anoscopy. Do not be afraid cancer at your age is vey unlikely but there are other conditions that need complete examination and the appropriate lab. work .Including rectal prolapse hemorrhoids .anal stenosis etc.

Abdominal pain: The combination of trouble passing gas & stool with associated abdominal pain is characteristic of incomplete or complete intestinal obstruction. It could be from impacted stool. If using a rectal glycerin suppository and/or a dulcolax rectal suppository or gentle fleets enema doesn't relieve your symptoms, you should proceed to the hospital emergency room where prompt evaluation is available.
