See your OB Dr.: External signs of pregnancy can be misleading. If a transvaginal ultrasound was done and there is no baby in the gestational sac, there can be one of two explanations. 1) the baby is too small to see because your dates are less than 5 weeks, or 2) the embryo did not develop properly and was resorbed. Talk to your OB at your next appointment for a full explanation specific to your history.
