11wks pregnant with moderate bleeding for two days, u/s showed healthy baby and internal showed womb closed, what is the cause, should i be worried?

Not too much: As long as the heart beat was good on the ultrasound, miscarriage is unlikely. Bleeding is probably from a small separation of the placenta. Hopefully it will resolve itself.
