How do i stop intrusive thoughts or treat myself?

Find a life coach: Life often sends us challenges we don't yet have the skills to master. You need to find a life coach/therapist to teach you such skills & explore the reason these issues have surfaced. Your regular doc should know someone in your area. Some health plans have a 1-800 number on the back of insurance cards that help people find a provider.

You Don't: Its a troubling question since its you who generates your thoughts. To intrude implies you regard those thoughts as if they are from someone else. Wanting to treat yourself also divides you. Consolidate and know who you are by communicating with someone you trust feeling the boundaries that define they and you. Alone we are many but with an-other we reconcile that we and the intruders are you too.
