PVC : Myopathies caused by certain arrhythmias can be reversed when the arrhythmia is corrected.

Generally yes: Over time, scar tissue develops in the heart potentially making the damage at least partly irreversible but if caught early and treated effectively, at least 50% of patients show substantial improvement. An expert electrophysiologist should be consulted if drugs have failed to consider an ablation of the site where the pvcs are coming from.
