One neuro thought i had trigeminal neuralgia due to severe face and skull pain. other neuro said mri showed blood vessel and nerve at front left stick together and could be the cause. what does this mean and is it treatable?

Facial pain: Find neurosurgeon who does injections for facial pain and can do minimally invasive techniques. Blood vessel contact with nerve may be irritant causing pain
