Hi, i am suffering with a lot of lower back pain in the mornings when i wake up. i am 25 years old and a regular gym goer. what can i do to alleviate the back pain? (stopping gym not an option) thanks in advance

Back pain : Back pain from muscle strain or spasm can initially be treated with ice to the area, 20 minute sessions and repeated every 1-2 hours. If this is done at bedtime, often symptoms are improved in the morning. If the pain is one-sided, radiates down into the leg or foot, you need to see your doctor for possible imaging to help direct the treatment plan. Topical diclofenac gel over-the-counter helps.
