No: You should be fine if your last HCG shot was 3 weeks ago(weight loss injections use very small dose) vit B12 is water soluble, eliminated in about 24 hrs. I assume you are talking about routine labs.

Yes: If they are checking to see if you are pregnant it might give false positive. It might give you an elevated triglyceride level since the body is using your fat as fuel. Also, your ph may be low since the diet induces ketosis. Best to tell them you are on the diet and it may affect your labs.
