Low heart rate : If there are symptoms of dizziness, fainting, lightheadedness with a heart rate less than 60, it is best to see your doctor and/or a cardiologist. If there are no symptoms with this heart rate and the individual is in good aerobic condition, a low heart rate can be an indication of a well trained heart. Your doctor can help you sort out the causes.
